I have also been duped by TLG loans. They phoned me to offer a loan and I (admittedly it was stupid on my part) gave them my bank details so they could take out £49 processing fee. I was told the loan papers would be in the post the same day. All I had to do was sign and return them, with a recent bank statement, and the money would be in my bank within 24 hours of verification. I'm still waiting for the loan papers...It didnt take them long to take out my £49 pounds though, it was out the same day! I have changed my bank account so there is nothing more they can take from the information they have. I'm just glad we found out about this before anything worse came out of it! Still, they have my £49 "processing fee", and I have no loan.

These people have taken an amount of £49.99 out of my bank account. They claimed that I was eligable for a loan, they would send the paper work out in the post within 5 days. Its been 4 weeks and no word from them. I call their call centre and the operator doesn't even know the name of the company he works for!!! He needs to comfirm with his supvisor...lol...Its fraud I tell you, , , Fraud.

Please could someone out there give me a way to get my money back from these thieves.

tlg loans, the lending group, theloansupermarket.co.uk, carter & carter financial are all one company. if you call them you hear same music on fones. they keep charging people from using different company names. address for comapnies are based in manchester cheshire called mansion house wellington road stockport

I applied for a loan and TLG phoned me and told me i'd been accepted for a loan and they needed some details. they asked various details then asked me for my bank details stressing that it was only for idendification purposes, i then queried why and they said it couldnt go through unless they could prove who i was, so stupidly i gave them the details and they stressed they wouldnt take any money out of my account. After speaking to them i checked my bank account and 49.99 had been taken out within 10 minutes of our phone call. I called them back and they said it was an admin charge, i'm really disgusted that they can do this, i complained to moneysupermarket.com because thats who i went thru and coulnt do anything. my bank couldnt stop the payment even though it was pendingas id freely given them my bank details. what can i do to get my money back, im worried they are going to take out more. can someone please get back in touch with me.
