SCAM!!!!
Watch out!!! This company has managed to scam me for almost a year. At first I didn't think anything of an $11.99 charge on my credit card for a month or so...I figured my husband charged something. Then it showed up a couple of more months and I asked him about it but it didn't ring a bell. Finally I called my bank to find out where the charge was coming from. I was advised it was coming from some internet based service/company and was provided the 800# to call. The rep @ TLG was incompetent, gave incorrect information and informed me I signed up for this via Priceline.com!! I had booked a hotel room on Priceline last year but did not click on anything else, agree to anything other than the price of the hotel and that was it!! I have always made it a point to read the fine print and to not 'click' on pop ups or ads for 'special incentives or bonuses' because I was afraid of this very thing happening. Well guess what...it didn't matter because they got me anyway! DO NOT BOOK TRIPS/HOTELS WITH PRICELINE--if you do BEWARE! I had to go through a fight to even get 4 months worth of credits when those jerks double charged me for 2 months after thoroughly reviewing my bank statements. I was provided a fax # and mailing address to send a challenge for the remaining credits owed. I doubt I will ever see the rest of my $$ but as long as it is cancelled and I never hear from these people again I will just have to live with it and suck up the loss.

Unauthorized billing
Okay I just realized that I have been getting charged $11.99 each month for god only knows how long. I called my credit card company today and said to dispute it I would have to call the company and of course it is the weekend and they are closed. I think I have been getting charged this since April or May because the last time I used this credit card is when I purchased Airline tickets and a rental car from Priceline.com. I checked great fun's website and they are partners with Budget rental car company which is who I got my car through but I slightly remember seeing somehting about great fun on Pricelines website. After getting off the phone with the credit card company I realized that I think I have been receiving mail from this crappy company and found it. I have a check from the company for $10.00 but if I were to cash it, it would activate some kind of "savings plan". Since I know I have not cashed any of these clearly junk mail checks, why oh why am I getting charged. I am peeved! Lets just say someone at that stupid company is going to have their A$$ handed to them first thing Monday morning.

charged 149.99 without my approval
they took 149.99 out of my acc without my permission contacted them and they said they would repl ace the money and never have how can these people keep stealing from people tlg*comphme took 12.99 out without my approvel please help me ted brill

I never used your service.

Charge on card
I was charged $11.99 to my credit card by TLG*GREAT FUN on October 14, 2008, without explicitly giving permission for any charges or services.
Please cancel the charge.

TLG*Great fun
This company has been taking money from my account for the last two months at 11.99 per time and this not something i authorized, I have never heard of this company and dont know why they keep taking money this should be against the law. someone needs to find out why these people can get away with this.

Unauthorized withdrawal from checking account
Great Fun deducted 11.99 from our debit card on 9-12-08. When I called the rep claimed we had made a reservation with priceline and signed something authorizing Great Fun to deduct 11.99. However, we have never made reservations on priceline. We have visited priceline's website but that is all. How does this company get away with this?

Unethical charges
For more than 6 months there were an TLG*GREAT FUN transaction on my credit card for 9.99usd and i do not know why? And for whom? Someone pls help me to stop this fraud and to take back my money.
