unauthorized charges to my account. Unable to contact anyone to stop payment from company. I never signed up for any promotion or dicount service, nor did I recieve a reciept or service for my 11.99 a month service fee. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND STOP LEACHING FROM MY ACCOUNT!
