I started full time employment on 5th march but subsequently left by mutual consent on 11th march. By my reckoning I am owed 4 days wages but this firm are stating that I am not due anything because I did not work a full week, utter nonsense. I want to report that this company is also obtaining information about potential customers fraudulently by calling up electricity suppliers and pretending to be that customer. They get this information by getting the telesales agents to get details off a recent bill which the client has received.I was also lied to about the wages, I was told on the phone that it was 14k per anum, later to be informed that I would be on minimum wage. This company is totally out of order and I am pursuing remuneration through the Oldham Law Centre, ACAS, OFFGEN, and the citizens advice bureau.I would love people to know of this company, T M AND CO, and not fall into the same web of deceit they tricked me into. I am taking this as far as I can possibly take it and will gladly confront any director or any one else on this matter.
