For the past 2 weeks I am not able to connecto to the internet, even if I am able to connect, it is for a short while only. The TM technician check my line and says that the signal strength is good, so it is the server's problem. Apparently, he says that stremayx doing some upgrading so might cause the distrubtion. After technician left, he said will inform server people side to do something; so no difference. Then since then, I called Streamyx to check what is the repair status, all they do is change port change port change port change port, seems like they can't think of other reason that might cause the problem. After that no news anymore and worst, operator can't give me feedback on what is going wrong.
Fews days later, thinking maybe is the telephone line that is giving problem, further more there are some noises in the phone line. Hence, called TM, and a service man came to check. He say house connection is fine and he will check outside, if he can solve it he will solve it, if can't he will called the cable man. Few hours later, phone line totally no dial tone. Call TM, and as usual no ones know what is happening, now all they do is just update some crap computer report system and thats all!!, they don't know who is the technician to contact, and can't even tell me what is going wrong. If it is a major repoar, at least let me know. No one seems to care and follow up at TM. Worst thing of all, I still need to pay internet and phone bill for almost this half a month of no internet.
