Ive paid full price on 4 phones 9 month ago as I did not want to sign a contract with a phone company. Eventually I've got a 5th phone, which was a 4G phone, so I signed a 2 year contract for everything. Since it looked like a reasonable deal, I also signed up the other 4 phones for the 'everything deal'. My understanding was that the heavy discounted price on a phone and the 2 year contract was a bundle and that all new 2 year contracts would get a phone in essence at a very cheap price. I agreed to the 2 year contract on June 6th, 2011 & called back on June 11th to order the 4G phones at $ 49.99 (refurbished My touch 4G or similar higher end phone) to learn that since my phone lines were not new activation, I was not eligible for the $ 49.99 deal, but rather I would need to pay $ 179.99. I now want to to do either of 2 things: 1) get me the deal we agreed to or 2) cancel the deal all together and void my contract.

However, Tmobile is unwiling to give the advertised deal from their website and they also refuse to cancel my contract. I do feel violated and this contract would now come to about $ 5000 over the 2 year period.
