CUSTOMER SERVICE
I thought I'd try tmobile... THEY ARE THE WORST PHONE COMPANY EVER. I SPENT FOUR HOURS trying to get my new phone activated. THey had no record of me, my account, my phone, or anything even though i had the email and the paperwork that came with the phones. I got transferred to NINETEEN different people who could not help me AT ALL. I have my entire family on tmoble and I will personally make sureEVERY one of them switches. TMOBILE has the absolute WORST customer service I've seen in years. They act like THEY are doing me a favor by letting me get a phone. I PAY THEIR PAYCHECK. SO DO YOU. If you are lucky to even get a person who speaks f-ing english, good luck!!!

I have been with tmobile almost 6 yrs. I have purchased over 20 phones and pay for 4 lines. I purchased a G1 over a yr ago and the speakers went out, no reception, dubbed voicemails and texts. They replaced it with another. Same problem. Replaced it again. I'm still having troubles. After sitting on hold (longest hold time to date, 2 hrs 16 mins) who has that kind of time? Only to get the run around and 0 feedback. Telling me, they can replace the G1 with another G1 or, charge me 217 with a 50 dollar mail in rebate on a G2 with a contract extension. Why would I extend my contract after getting the run around for over a yr? And to cancel, they want to charge me 200 a line. After 6 yrs of being a loyal customer, I feel I am being taken advantage of. Customer service is a joke. I am letting my contract expire. If they continue to breach their contract, I will cancel my account, blog the heck out of them, report them to the better business bureau, get my lawyer on it and pay a little bit more for verizon. At least the customer service and phones will be decent. Not too mention, I won't get the run around and excuses that tmobile customer service offers. FAX CEO OFFICE 813-351-4100 and email [email protected] but don't expect results. Those fat cats are sitting up there getting rich off their customers and to be honest, with all the out sourcing they do, it just tells you they are out for themselves and don't much care for the customers that keep them in Business. VERY angry, VERY disgusted, once loyal customer. My loyalities lie with a great company. Tmobile is no longer a great company, so my loyalty ends here.

Horrible Customer Service
Misinformed on April 20th, 2011 of wrong coverage. Roaming charges were imposed over $80.00. An unpractical changed of plan was offered as a solution. Therefore, I was advised to call back and request a manager assistance once my bill was issued after May 10th. Many calls were made requesting for a manager to review the phone conversation that led to this situation (since there is, of course, no record of my requesting information about my coverage on April 20th). A manager (Todd) spoke to me on 05/13. He was rude and not very cooperative. He offered to cover half of the charges but refused any address or phone information to submit a formal complaint. According to Todd, I must first speak to a higher Manager (Tammy or Jack). The wait time:24 hours. I have not yet received such calls. I have spent innumerable minutes/hours seeking assistance from T-Mobile. Today a Manager (Cecilia) said that nothing can be longer offered. As a matter of fact there is not even a record of my conversation with Todd, according to her. What is funny is that only a couple of days ago a representative read to me, the notes from Todd that apparently are not longer in my account. Curiously, there are notes of calls made from supervisors to me but there are no calls or voicemails registered on my phone of those calls. After over six years of being a faithful client since Suncom, I am exhausted and totally disgusted with this company (TMobile). Last October a huge problem with my account developed in which I was billed hundreds of dollars for months. For four months they could not fix the problem and finally in March I was able to relax. Dealing with this company is stressful, painful, and extremely time consuming. I do not trust this company at all. My plan is a grandfathered plan that no competition will be able to match, however, I am so willing to let it go and move on just so I do not have to deal with TMobile anymore. I believe they treat their clients as if they do not exist. I have been insulted, humiliated and ignored. I will ask to be release from this horrible service but I am certain that is impossible since they need as many people as me, who can continue contributing to the hiring of a terrible personnel and that can continue supporting (although, temporarily) an industry that has a dreadful strategic plan.

Ridiculous charges
Tmobile is hands down the worst cellular company to join. I had multiple problems with my phone and their customer service is so incompetent. I went through the same troubleshooting over 6 times. I contacted their headquarters but they refused to waiver my cancellation fee due to insufficient trouble shooting. Now my bill is ridiculous full of BS surcharges because I didn't contact them in advance to cancel my contract. They are the worst cellular company and highly unrecommended. Do not get Tmobile!

Roaming bill
I have been a loyal customer of Tmobile ever since their acquisition of Suncom. My biggest problem is many times I am too loyal. Not for much longer though. Today was the last straw for me. I was in Florida last month and once I received my bill for that period I was shocked. It was in excess of $600! I first spoke to Nicholas with customer service a couple of weeks ago but was not much help. I decided to stop in a Tmobile store today and speak with someone in person. She was very sympathetic and said surely someone with Tmobile corporate could help us. She made a call, explained the situation and then hung up to tell us what she was told. What it was gave me another shock. After telling corporate that we were considering Verizon because of this, they replied that they wouldn't couldn't help us and would take the loss of a customer instead. So much for a reputable company taking care of a loyal customer. Customer service is obviously and ethics is obviously left out of Tmobile's corporate handbook. Hoping for better customer service with Verizon.

overcharging
The customer service is terrible. They have been overcharging me since th every start of the two years contract. I have been calling them about this and every time I call they apologize and say that they will give a refund but they never do and keep overcharging me. They even charge me for services that I have never used!
I email them at the Contac us section in their webpage and ask them to email me and they never do.

Unbelievable, overcharging me for no reason, Trying to speak to customer service for months to dispute my bill, all I am getting is same repeated damn annoying music and automated voice messages, holding time for hours, and call ends, what a joke, nothing has been resolved. what a Ripoff,
There are a lot of cell phone companies that offer the same products and services with basically the same pricing; the only thing that separates them is their service and trade name. Well you have finally lost this customer. I will cancel my phone service, which nullifies extending my contract agreement. The economy is horrible and money is tight, why should I give my money to a company that treats me like I’m worthless and nothing. I can not emphasize enough how discouraged, disgusted and enraged I feel with your companies lack of knowledgeable representatives and poor customer service. Simply give me the correct information the first time. Your procedure and policy should not change based on the individual your speaking with.
I have invested thousands dollars in payments in the last years and I can not even speak to a competent staff member including management? Thank you for showing this consumer just how much your company does not care.
