tmobile s lack of customer service,
examples, after being frustrated, dropped calls phone freezes up, never getting anything resolved, other than upgrading from razor to peal flip to mytouch 3g to samsung galaxys 4g what a joke, everytime they said this will solve your problems with reception and service, one time i washed & dried &folded my cloths, still n/a battery went dead a few times, i called before i went into applebees for dinner ordered dinner finished dinner still on hold, this has been going on for years, its amazing what money can buy like jd power associates ratings, what a joke, one of the first thing they always say is their sorry, could they really mean it saying it everyday ? i have been lied to, misreprestation, about 2 months ago they shipped a phone to mexico, sent me a text saying they shipped my phone to mexico, i called them and said i never ordered a phone, they treated me like i was scamming them, then they never followed up, left me hanging, even tried to charge me the shipping charge to mexico 3 times they said everytime they would credit the shipping, but i still got billed for it, they are very dishonest, and there word means nothing, they tell you you have a contract, even if u dont, i got to the point where i felt and was doing there job, unbelievable they just go thru the motions with out any results, ive been hung up on many many occasions, that tells me they have no sollution, and now stating they going to even downgrade there service to have even more affordable plans, whats next ? they merging with one of the worst carriers att, youve all herd about them even on late night talk shows, about dropped calls, well its only going to get worst, they are scammers and dishonest, and only want your money

Customer Service
I canceled my phone service and received a collections call 8 days later. The representative "Andrew" was rude and lied about a statement which was said to have been sent out. I called back to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for 37 minutes. I hung up and called again to get another rude unsympathetic supervisor. I am shocked at the poor customer service and the JD powers award is not deserved. A stain on T Mobile and possibly AT&T to say the least...

HORRIBLE SERVICE
A YEAR AGO MY FIANCE AND I SWITCHED TO TMOBILE..AT THE TIME THINKING IT WAS A GOOD IDEA! WE SEARCHED ONLINE FOR PHONES WE WANTED AND PLAN WE NEEDED AND THEN CALLED AND ORDERED OUR SERVICE OVER THE PHONE. REP WAS EXTREMLY NICE AND SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. WE REQUESTED AND PAID FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY...OVERNIGHT...4 DAYS LATER..NO PHONES. WE CALLED AND SPOKE TO SUPERVISOR WHICH INFORMED US REP NEVER CHECKED OVERNIGHT DELIVERY BUT FOR SOME REASON WE WERE IN FACT CHARGED FOR IT. SHE DID CREDIT MY CC BACK THE FEE. 2 DAYS LATER WE RECEIVED OUR PHONES. MY FIANCE'S PHONE WAS AS ORDERED ALTHO MY PHONE WAS A DIFF STORY...NOT ONLY WAS IT THE WRONG MODEL...IT WAS A DIFF COLOR AND MARKED WITH A REFURBISHED STICKER! I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR AGAIN. SHE APOLOGIZED AND I RECEIVED CORRECT PHONE NEXT DAY. THIS IS WHERE THE SOMEWHAT GOOD SERVICE STOPPED. A FEW WEEKS LATER MY FIANCE'S PHONE KEPT FREEZING UP..WE CALLLED IN AND REP SAYS TO US...U SEEM TO BE CALLING IN ON ALOT OF ISSUES...OK...WELL...WONDER WHY???? MIGHT BE BECAUSE WE R HAVING ISSUES!!! THAT PROBLEM SOLVED EVENTUALLY WITH NEW SIM CARD. FEW MONTHS LATER...WE MOVE TO A DIFF STATE...I CALL AND CHANGE ADDRESS AND REQUEST NUMBER CHANGES...2 HOURS LATER IM STILL ON HOME PHONE WITH REP THAT I CAN BARELY UNDERSTAND BCUZ SHE DOESNT SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH...I FINALLY GET SUPERVISOR ON PHONE AND EXPLAIN I HAVE BEEN ON PHONE FOR OVER 2 HOURS JUST TO CHANGE NUMBERS AND SHE SAYS PROCESS SHOULD ONLY TAKE 10 MINUTES BUT SHE CANT DO NUMBER CHANGE FOR ME..SHE HAS TO TRANSFER ME BACK...HOUR LATER..MY HOME PHONE DIES...STILL NO NUMBER CHANGE...I CALL FROM CELL PHONE..THEY TELL ME I CANT BE ON CELL PHONE TO DO THIS...NOW IM REALLY MAD...I CALL NEXT DAY...ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR...GO FROM REP TO SUPERVISOR...I JUST WANT TO CHANGE CELL NUMBERS BCUZ WE MOVED...LONG STORY SHORT...AFTER ABOUT 5 HOURS TOTAL IM TOLD..U HAVE A FAMILY PLAN AND TO CHANGE NUMBERS ON A FAMILY PLAN THERE IS A WAITING LIST!!! A WAITING LIST?????????? WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN?????? IM GLAD TMOBILE HAS SUCH GREAT TECHNOLOGY! THANKS TMOBILE!!!

unauthorized charges
I have a four-line family plan with T-mobile. Last month, I received a bill with the charge of $332.-- and I called and reduced it down to $176.--. This month, my bill was $222.--, and that's due on April. On January I called to add the unlimited texting feature to my plan, and I was told that I could get a free month of unlimited internet and that this feature WILL STOP RIGHT AFTER THE MONTH. On February, I noticed that my internet service was gone when I was trying to check my Email in school. A week after that, I checked the "My Account" app and I noticed that the internet feature was there, and that I was being charged $90 for 3 lines (the fourth line already has internet). I called and I told the representative that I did not get the service, and that I want her to cancel that feature. They charged me for the seven days that I "received" that service. A dollar a day times seven days times three phone lines= $21. I kept calling them for three days, talked to supervisors (and some of them hung up while I was trying to explain), and did everything that I could possibly do to get rid of this charge. Their reply is "sorry we can't do anything about it, it's already there, I can help you set up a payment arrangement." I don't want a ******* payment arrangement. I am not stealing the money to give it away to affluent companies. What should I do about it?

why are yall sending me this bill saying that I have an over due bill, if I'm not with T mobile. I dont want these bills coming to my house no more.So please don't send them no more.

billing
I recently just cancelled one of my lines on the family plan from tmobile. They told me I would have a $200 cancelation fee which I agreed too. What they didnt tell me was I had to pay surchares and pay for both the family plan and my single plan all in the same month. Lets be real now, who in their right mind would pay $475 for a month of service. I called customer care and after talking to 7 different people no one could explain all these charges to me and no one made any sense. Im giving tmobile one more chance to make it right. This is obviously what I get for being a lo trees l customer for 10 years. Tommorro I am going to the tmobile store as their last chance to make this all right. If nothing is done I will no longer be a tmobile customer and thy can send me to collections. There are just too many cell phone providers to deal with a company that doesnt take care of their customers. please check your phone bill so they dont try to charge u extras too. Tmobile sucks!!

Overcharging
I been receiving Spanish text messages every day from 50501, which I did not even
asked for it.ALSO I do not speak Spanish, and do not understand those ads
I been charged $4.99, its adding up, I been trying to call 611 T-Mobile from my phone for past weeks I am unable to get hold of Customer Representative, after long waiting for atleast 45 minutes or hour or more, and line gets cut off. I been customer for more than 8 years phone I am frustrated and I am thinking off cancelling my account because because of these ads been sending to me. I been charged too much. please some one call me as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue. Thankyou

No service during dangerous storn
The DC Metro Area experienced a storm in late January. The rush hour took me 9 1/2 hours to get home from work. I had no service on my TMobile phone. I had to get out of my car and knock on windows to ask other drivers if I could use their phone. I wrote to the CEO in Washington and their response was they do not guarantee service and I still need to pay the $200 cancellation fee. Do not use TMobile service. They are awful.

Shoddy service, Intermittent Signal, Early Termination Fees
Last year I switched from Cricket to TMobile. My phone worked just fine, but my Internet service was intermittent, and just got worse and worse. I went in many times to complain, but was told that maybe it was my computer (only 3 years old, and I had it upgraded), or it was my SIMS card, had it check, and a host of other things. My internet service got to where it would stay on maybe two or three minutes only in my home. I sometimes logged on sometimes 25 times a day to just pay bills or get other things done, and it would drop drop me right ion the middle of payments where I'd be stuck in a loop. It was awful.

Needless to say, I went into their office numerous times about the issue, brought my laptop in at least three times, call tech support a couple times, and even had them send a email to the satellite people to see if they could tweak it. Everytime I just wanted to give up, they would tell me I had to do something new.

In Jan of this year, I was picking up some online college classes and knew it would be useless to try and send or compose papers online with this service, so I came in to ask them to cancel the internet portion of my service. Believe it or not, they would not even cancel my service. I said, "Let me get this straight, I walk in (in person), and you will not cancel a service that you cannot provide me, that I am paying for?" "No". I was told to call customer care. So, I did. I told them the problem, and they said they would cancel me, but I would have to pay the "early termination fee." I explained to them that I had been paying their bill for months with terrible service and many complaints. They said, that I signed a contract. I told them that part of that contract required that they provide a "service" to me, which they had not done. I told them to shut me off then.

Well, they not shut off my internet service, but my phone as well, and cut my phone off right at that moment. They didn't even let me know they were shutting my phone off as well as my internet. So, now I'm left with the early termination fees like everyone else.

Who'd they pay off for their customer rating?
