Charged Me Twice For Bill and refuses to give me a refund
On December 8th, 2008 T-mobile charged me twice for my December bill. I called on the 9th when i noticed what happened and i immediately called customer care.

After speaking with the customer care representative i was told that i would have a full refund for the second charge returned to my account in 5-7 business days.

i waited a week and still no money, i then called again on the 18th of December and was told by both the representative and supervisor that there was no refund report filed and that the money was put as credit towards my account.

i told them that i did not want or ask for it to be credit towards my next bill and that i was told i would get a refund of my money. The supervisor told me that it was not possible to get my money back and that there was nothing she could do to give me a refund?

i hung up and called back this time speaking with a different rep. she said there was a refund posted on my account but it was not filed, she then filed the refund and told me i should receive my money in 3-5 days, so now i am waiting till monday and if not i will call again.

How is it that T-mobile made the mistake of charging me twice for my bill and now there is nothing they can do to give it back? its rediculous.

billing/contract dispute
i have had tmobile for 2 years...when the time came for the contract renewel, i tried to cancel and customer service wouldnt let me..they talked me into another plan that they said would be cheaper...turned out was 100 bucks more a month!. after that, my phone broke, went into a tmobile store to get a new phone, was charged 118.00. the phone barely worked, bad reception, dropped calls, etc...i complained a few times but tmobile would not give me a new phone without charging me..i cancelled my contract and now naturally, got the the bill for the early termination fee and previous balance...total $400.00. dont ever use tmobile!!!

unauthorized contract extension
Recently i tried to start a new contract with another cell phone company, and during the signing of the paper wk i was told to port and cancel my tmobile account, and in order to do so i had to have my acct: number. So, i called, only to find out that my account had been extended for another year. i currently have been with this company for 2.5 years. i was new to the country at the time and signed an individual contract for one year plus a 500 dollar deposit and most important NO new phone: i thought that was how it worked here, then the next year i changed to a family plan for another year extension and again NO new phone or upgrade available, or even a promotional offer. And now, with out my consent they are saying that i consented to a one year, verbal consent, over the phone after my contract had already expired, and i changed my family plan down to an individual plan, and again with no phone or promotion or my consent, but because some moron at tmobile wrongly wrote a note on their system that i consented to another year extension with not so much as a phone to show for it, Now, I'm bound to the contract for another year. Help what can i do? this cant be right 2.5 years and no phone. who in their right mind would consent to a contract with no incentives? it will be 3.5 years till i can get of the contract.

Bad service
Either I overpaid TMobile by over $3500 or they took the wrong amount for my phone bill out of my account. At any rate, I reported it Aug 3, they still have not given me my money back. They finally authorized a refund on the 7th, what took them 4 days? It is now the 11th of Aug and still no money. They show they have refunded me on my cell phone bill, but they have not.

False collection notice
I received a letter stating that I owe this company money. First off I live in the state of South Carolina and this telephone was activated in the state of New York. I am persuing legal action and need some input on this situation. I see that I am not the only one having this same issue. If you would email me back with some feedback I would greatly appreciate your input.

Free Flight Scam
I extended my contract and signed up for the MyFaves promotion where I was to receive a free flight. I have submitted my request (as well as two of my friends) and all of us were rejected, saying we didn't fill the form out correctly. It was an automated message that told me this. I've spent four days on the phone with Tmobile and TLC (the scamming travel company that Tmobile contracted with) and no one will help me. The ”Tmobile Concierge Customer Service” people are rude and claim there are no ”supervisors” to talk to except someone named ”Deb.” Deb doesn't return her calls and apparently (or conveniently ) was out of town until 11/12. Her mailbox was full (probably with complaints). Tmobile says there is "no president" of the company as it is "publicly traded." A "supervisor" named Steve told me this today. He then admitted that Robert Potson was the president but doesn't take calls from customers. Tmobile also says TLC, the travel company, doesn't have a "phone number." I told them to sell them one from t-mobile!

I hope everyone is calling or writing their attorney general's office and notifying their news stations about this scam as Tmobile is going to launch another "free flight" scam in about a week or two.

Get the word out! Shame on you Tmobile!

Billing Issue
I had called and cancelled a line 2 years ago and it is still on my bill and they are refusing to refund my money, saying that they have no record of the call. Customer service was rude and hung up on me and refused to let me speak with anyone over a supervisor saying that they don't have direct lines and can't give out that info. I asked for a copy of my account notes and they said that they are confidential!! Ironic isn't it!!! So long story, I have paid $57 per month for the past 2 years and they will not refund one penny and were not upset about loosing a customer.

New Google G1 Phone not working - Poor customer Support

I purchased the new Google Phone G1 from TMobile assuming that google and TMobile will provide good support. But I am upset that the support and attention is very poor. I am surprised to see that
Basically, customer support rep told to reset the phone to factory default for a problem that the phone was not connecting to internet. The factory reset messed up everything that I could not even get the phone to make any calls [some additional functionalities of the new phone won't let you get to the main screen without connecting to Google servers which obviously needs internet]. Now customer support says it can't help with it and asking to wait until they find out a resolution and they don't provide any alternative on how I will manage without a phone. I am very upset with this kind of service from TMobile. It has been 3 days since this happened and they do not have a clue on what to do.

http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/ele/861442981.html i contacted the person on that add about the new sidekicks 2008, the person claimed that worked with tmobile and added a credit or bonus to my account, i saw the amount sum up to the account so i saw that and proceded to order the phones, we paid the person 300 through western union the person says her name is Nikki Ortiz, everything was good until a month after, Tmobile is charging 941$ for the phones, they saw the balance going up and then the same person that put the credit is the same person that took it out, still knowing that they keep charging the amount, they are not responding my calls, they cut the service, i was trying to negotiate giving the phones back and all that but every try to talk to them is not succesfull, If anyone sees this add don't be fooled, If someone can be of assistance or help please do not hesitate to contact me.
