I purchased membership of TNC Entertainment P Ltd for events arranged by them. After that their executives approached me and informed that if i provide 100 references to them then they will send me one wrist watch as free gift within 10-15 working days. I provided them the same, but did not receive my gift. After approx. one month i called their executive Ms. Ashima, she informed me due to some pressure of work on their dispatch section, it could not be done but this will be dispatched within next one week. But again i waited for one month and receive nothing. After that i called to the company and the lady who picked up the phone said Ashima is on leave and i cant do anything. I asked their owners contact details but she refused and one mobile no. which when i tried doesnt exist. After that i again called her but she did not pick the phone. Then i wrote a mail to them informing if i did not receive any response from them i shall go to consumer court but they did not respond. Now i am here posting this complain.
