Hi There

I am K.V.Krishnamurthy, a resident of 60, paddy field road, perambur, Chennai-11.

WE HAVE A BROBLEM OF POWER FAILURE AND LOW VOLTAGE PROBLEM EVERY DAY.

I AM MAKING THIS EFFORT AFTER THE SEVERAL TELEPHONIC COMPLAINTS MADE TO THE LOCAL EB STAFF INCLUDING THE AE AT OUR DISTRIBUTION.

THEY DID NOTHING AND THEIR ANWERS WERE RIDICULOUS.

AS A CONSUMER I WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER MY GREIVENCES TO THE TNEB AUTHORITY IN ORDER TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SUCH BECAUSE ONLY FEW HOUSES INCLUDING MINE IN MY STREET HAVE FREQUENT POWER FAILURES OFTEN, SOMETIMES THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT ALSO.

THERE ARE MANY AGED PEOPLE HERE AND SMALL CHILDREN WHO SUFFER A LOT, ALSO SOME OF OUR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES GOT DAMAGED DUE TO THIS FREQUENT POWER FAILURES.

I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL IF EARLIEST ACTION IS TAKEN ON MY REQUEST.

TNEB has dug up the road almost 8 days back and still the dugup part of the road remains open. Because of this huge traffic jam is created during peak hours. This issue is happening at Coocks Road, Otteri, Chennai-12, sourthern part of India. Can i expect the TN government to intervene on this issue and take approprite action on TNEB for their irresponsible act.

i complaint four times but still ur side no response me. i want MAY month bill then only my department give the check for me to paid the bill pls send the bill . now june month bill also not paid for the same resaon so u send May month bill quickly.period of bill is may 5th to june 4th.this is urgent pls send me .
