REFUNDS

THIS COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY THEY SAY THAT THE MONEY WAS RETURNED TO ME BY WAY OF WESTER UNION BUT WESTERN UNION SAYS NO WAY THEY NEVER PAID IT BACK TO THEM SO THEY CAN REFUND ME . I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN-A-ROUND FOR THREE WEEKS NOW AND STILL I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED MY MONEY. WICH SHOULD HAVE ONLY TAKEN THREE TO TEN BUSINESS DAYS. NOW EVERYONE WANTS TO PLAY DUM AND POINT THE FINGER AT EVERYONE ELS IN THE COMPANY INSTEAD OF REFUNDING MY MONEY BACK. ALL THEY WOULD SAY IS THAT IT IS BEING REASEARCHED. HOW DO I GET MY JUST DUE FROM THIS COMPANY.

time that it takes to restore service once payments are received

I would like to know why it takes so long for the service to be restored once you have sent the western union payment. 1st you must wait 5 to 6 hours for the western union payment to post when it only takes 15 minutes in most cases to post, but even after it has posted to your account there is another waiting period of 2 to 24 hours for the service to be reinstalled. That should not be and I wise it to be corrected.
