Here's how it works...TNT Equine Express says they are lining up your trip...that they just need to get one or a couple more horses lined up and they will schedule a date...and that date is in the near future. That goes on for weeks and at some point, if it is inconvenient to make the trip or accomodate your horse they stop communicating with you.
Talk with someone else...someone who really does communicate ("the "24 hour customer service" wasn't working the week og November 7th, 2010...that's for sure!)
