I wish I Could CHARGE this guys!

I had a bad experience with the service that they offer.

First of all, I would never do a tour in a resort. I try to be very carefull on those things, but the TNT caught me! They have a "cover ass tool" agaist those unsatisfied guests. The information about their services are poor, people must not be happy working for them as well becouse on the phone they are very unpleased.

I went online to book a nice weekend for me and my family at Williamsburg VA, Memorial day weekend. The hotel I got was NASTY, mold in the bath tub, all dirty. I had to change rooms 3 times. The breakfast was dirty as well, could not stand it!

I payed for 2 nights, charged on my bank card ( 117dol ) and last friday I was catch with 320dol from Vacation Reservation Center for not completing the "schedule" tour at Creek Plantation resort.

They send you an email for the confirmation and make you accept the terms and usually we do not read it all and that was my mistake. No contacts and no further notice from them...the steps to charge me wasn't mentioned, they just charged my account and I go negative...I think they should send a letter first and them charge, but the " Confirmation Letter" takes all your reasons and we can't do anything about it!

NEVER< book with those guys! Never!

They know exactly how to get you on that and you will never be able to complain ! Their staff are trainned to use teh CONFIRMATION LETTER as a reason for everything.
