EVERYTHING
My boyfriend and I were planning a trip to Gatlinburg, TN...just a weekend getaway and celebrating my B-day...so we done much needed research online trying to find a good deal for hotel room for the weekend. We came across the web site for TNTresorts when searching for cheap prices. for 3night stay at a 2 star hotel was going to cost us $28 bucks a night, which was a great deal, because all we needed was a place to crash and take a bath. So we werent looking to spend a substantial amount of money. so we call the number on the website for TNT and speak with a rep and she speaks highly about the hotel and what a great deal it was and how much were saving...well we were going to book everything and of corse she wanted the commision and wanted out credit card number before she would answer any of our questions...when she realized we werent about to give her that informatio until she gave us some answers, then she goes into a spill about how we arent old enough to qualify, and since we arent married we couldnt book the room, and that to get the deal we would have to participate in a time share and all this stuff that was a crock of bullshit. so needless to say we never booke anything with them, instead it was a waste of time for about and hour speaking to different people. and someone even called us back to say they would speak with a manager and see if it could b waived to give us the deal...well its now a week later and we have yet to hear from anyone...so instead we still ended up gettin a good deal on a hotel just down the road thru a different legitamite company...as far as TNT goes...there customer service was terrible, all they do is lie to you and try to get your credit card information so they can bill you for absolutely nothing...do not fall for this shit. its a complete scam!!
