non performance complain
on Dec. 23, 2010 our supplier sent an express package from Shanghai, China to us in the US. Because of the setup from TNT there was a delay and according to TNT it was expected that the situation is back to normal on Dec. 26. The tracking record of the shipment shows the statement "receiver refused delivery". TNT never made any attempt to deliver it, we assume that they used FedEx. TNT was informed that we are not accepting any FedEx deliveries since FedEx was involved in weight fraud and in mishandling of several shipments from or to us. The tracking record shows other discrepancies and on top it is not possible to call the TNT customer service on both published phone numbers. The customer service did also not respond to our last email.

IPad For sale on Craigs List
I saw an ad on Craigslist for the sale of an IPad 64 gb +WiFi + 3G for $450. so I sent the person an e-mail and everything seemed above board till they send me an e-mail saying that they would be delivering it Sunday 19th at 2.00 p.m. which consequently it never showed as no one delivers on a Sunday to start with. It still hasn't showed today Monday 20th Sept. so I tried to go on to their website and I find that the site has been suspended. Having read some of the complaints about this it appears that other people have been taken in by this @#$%^ I have written to the UK Better Business Bureau with her name and address, which obviously is a fake. So I guess I'll see how this turns out. I hope they do find these people and they hang them from the nearest lamp post.
So beware all you good people out there and stay away from this sort of thing.

craigslist scam
if it wasn't for my fiance i would be shit out of luck too. i almost fell for this shit too. it was a phillips 42 lcd tv from craigslist. HiI still have the TV. The TV is in perfect shape (take a look at the attached pics) and it comes with 18 months of transferable warranty. I am now in United Kingdom. I have been relocated here with my work several months ago. The TV is a US version and I think I can sell it for a better price in the US.Since I can't meet you and make the exchange, I would like to use a service that will help us with that. Hello. I was stupid enough to fall for the same deal. Only it was a tv. A Panasonic 50' Plasma TV for $500... A woman by the name of Michelle Scott soft soaped me. But it at the same address and thr so called TNT agents name is Jonathan Williams. 214 Bowery St., Wolverhampton.S22 ITF ,UK. I am not in good health and I have to say this has really set me back. I have tried numerous times to contact TNT. to no avail. I did however send a certified check instead of Western Union the way they wanted, and I sent it registered mail. I hope that might be some help. The sad part is I felt it was wrong from the start. I hope someone can help us. I am on a VERY limited income. Thanks to anyone who reads this.
