Tobesofkee Transport JRL3RD Jerry is a fraud and is transporting illegally as per the federal laws with (NO ACTIVE) commercial cargo insurance, DOT, MC or ICC #S also displayed on the side of your legal truck like all commercial trucks running DOT hrs & log books. You need proper government authority to transport for hire. You have not. We have filed against him. Do not use this guy or the many other non legals that state they are insured or legal it will cost you in the long run. When he gets pulled over by any law enforcement or go over required scales or at state lines driver will the arrested and fined and your load will be impounded and towed to DOT storage and get fees/fines and require a legal transporter with DOT / MC #s with commercial insurance to remove it with proper certification after all fines & fees have been paid.
BEWARE, He is illegal and there is no protection with this hauler.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services My Trailer was picked up on Wed the 24th and was agreed that I would have it on hand in 4-5 business days.. I had to call the carrier everytime to speak with him. He NEVER kept me informed and as of Sunday evening/yesterday all day I could not get ahold of him. Stated he could only communicate via text. After several attempts and 6 days later my trailer had not left GA. I expected my trailer for the last week and am very dissapointed that I was scammed..BEWARE this guy is a FRAUD..

Like feedback will be left. The unit was delivered. I appreciate the condescending feedback you left. Please realize good feedback was going to be left. Please also realize people are busy, things in life happen and uShip feedback wasn't top on my priority list since you made the delivery. I put up with all your mechanical issues, accepted the delivery a day later than promised, stayed up unti 1am waiting for you to show up and still paid you as agreed. I lived up to my end of the contract.

Of course you paid as agreed...cause if you wouldnt...you would not have received your bike...also..I like how you said...POSITIVE FEED BACK was gonna be left...but since I didnt leave you any...you just admitted that it was the only reason you didnt leave positive feedback for me...Then you say...ALL my mechanical issues...BRO..it was 1 issue..a fuel line...WOW..a day later than promised...WRONG..You received the bike less than 10 hours from the agreed time..Nice try though...bud
I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I spoke to Jerry on 10/02/2010 he informed me he was going to the dealer and picking car up on this day and would be at my doorstep on monday 10/4/2010. i have tried calling him 3 times as to which the 2nd time he hung up on me before talking.I left 2 other messages for him to call me on status and he has still not done this.I am terribly let down by this and hope you can get a answer for me on my shipment. he states later? what does this mean?? and when? I would appreciate a response immediatel
