On craigs list in january of 2008 my family located a rental home it cost us 2300 dollars to move in and this guy charged unreal late charges and lied to department of social serviced saying he was the owner in may of 2009 we were served a 30 day eviction addressed to this guy when i confronted him he served us saying we had not paid our rent of 1000.00 a month plus a 50.00 a day late fee i decided to fight him in court he prolonged his issue with the owners of the property which allowed me to find out he was not the owner he had no right to sublet and he was hooked into our power and cable as he lived in the home he rented to me and tied all the utilities into the house next door which is owned by the same owners as the home he rented to me. i won the eviction in court and now the property management company collects our rent and told us they were going to evict this scam artist next door out. well they havent and i still have not recieved my 2300.00 dollars back from him and i cont to pay large pg&e bills because i cannot afford a electritian or the money to move by the time i pay the rent & elec i don't have money to move. i had to pay the property management a new deposit as well. the guys name is tobias cole in clovis calif is there anyone that can tell me how to get my deposit from this fool he has assualted me 2 times and i can not get the da's office to pick up charges no witnesses and the owners nephew is friends with this fool and the property managment can not give the address to the owners to us HELP !!
