I asked for information about their plan so I could read it to see if I wanted it. Instead of the info I asked for they sent me a letter saying they had enrolled me in Todays Options. I have made several phone calls, never getting the same person, or even the same state. Finally I made several calls to the office in Houstan and sent several letters stating I wanted to be disenrolled. When they said they had my enrollment form I asked them to send a copy to me.l..I wanted to see who had forged my name. As yet I'm still getting the run around and now they are calling me and telling me I'm behind two premiums. I don't have the money to hire an attorney to settle this but it looks like that will have to be the next step. I never signed anything, never sent any money and after dealing with their "customer service" people I wouldn't recomment this company to my worse enemy.
