I placed an order in early April of 2010. I was told by the customer service representative that I needed to pay 1/2 up front and when the order went into production and the covers were being made the other 1/2 would be taken out of my account. Approximately 6 weeks later I found a strange transaction from Todo es that was much than what was quoted to me and was going to cancel the oder due to I thought maybe there was someone doing fraud in my bank account. I finally after several days and canceling my debit card got a hold of someone at Todo es and they said that the covers I had orginally ordered were not the standard and would cost more to make by over $200.00 more dollars. At this time in late May I asked since the monies were taken out of my account that the order was being processed and made, and the gentleman informed me my order was being processed.
After 2 more months had gone by I had called at least over 50 times and sent an email everyother day looking for my order with no response. I am into this order for over $700.00 and no response from this company. I finally get an email saying they are trying to refund me my money because the material I had picked out 4 months ago now has a flaw. I asked them to send me my money as soon as possible I was told the account was there on Thursdays and would take care of it that week, the 1st week of June 2010. I did not receive any refund and no responses to my continous emails and phone calls until the end of June and was told on June 23rd that I was on there radar to get a refund. I have since then sent an email 2-3 times a week and called at least the same, radar and refund that I was told about, oh ya they said they might not be able to give it all to me due to a high rate of returns, but could sent 1/2 that week. Well that was over 4 weeks ago and still no responses from the company by email or by phone. Since then I have lost my job and could really use the refund to help feed my family, instead this company will not answer the phone nor answer emails and wont give refunds on products they can not provide.
I really thought this was a good thing the web page looks so professional and that maybe the company as also professional, well if this is the way they treat there customers then I would have to say, they dont have very many.
My family like everyones is entitle to what is theres and this company owes us over $700.00 and we would like it refunded.
