We, too, have the same complaint as the one posted by L. Barrett in November of 2009. The customer service at Todo Es are certainly friendly except when it comes to asking for a refund.
We ordered our first slipcover through them in the past. It fit perfectly, however, when we ordered a second cover, it didn't fit as well as the first one. Todo Es asked us to return it to them for an adjustment, which we did. We did this three times. We then asked for a refund which they said they would do. They asked us to wait until they moved to Texas from California. We did. We mailed the slipcover back to them with a detailed letter of all that had taken place up until then. We asked for a refund in writing.
We have not, to this day, received a return call from them. We tried calling and emailing them time and time again. Not once have they tried contacting us, other than responding to one of the emails where they indicate that they would contact us soon.
This problem has dragged on since we placed our order in November 2008. I was referring them to friends and family before this problem, but will not do so again. I am very disappointed in Todo Es. I would like my refund in the amont of 311.00.
I made an interesting observation today. If you look at Todo Es' website under "About Todo Es", it explicitly indicates not to send any returns to the address listed. This was not on this page before. It is almost impossible to get in touch with them.
