I placed two seperate orders on two seperate occasions. I sent all measurements as requested. Up until this point staff was curteous and very accomodating. I was sent an e mail explaining that the company was making a move from California to Texas and there would be delays. That was fine with me, as I am an understanding person. In December 09 I was offered a refund or a discount on my slipcovers if I could wait another month. I opted for the refund. The gentlemen whose name was Mark was great and immediately responded telling me a refund check would be sent out asap. It is now April 2010 and nothing. I have e mailed over 20 times and left messages on their customer service voice mail at least 5 times. The last time I tried to call was today and the mailbox is full.
