PCHTrivia Game

To Whom It Should Concern,

I have been playing PCH trivia games every day for at least a year & i had achieved over 250, 000 tokens. As of yesterday you have changed the appearance of the game website. Now my score of tokens have gone down to approximatly 70, 000 tokens. Where are the tokens that I had before the website changed?!? I have not redeemed any, so how did I lose them?!?
