Antonio Flores of Tony's Construction and Landscape Design has been cheating his workers out of their money for a long time, he has been brought to court a few times and won by default of the employee not showing because they some how got deported. He prays on the illegal immigrants, he works them and then doesn't pay. I was working with him so I know what he has been doing, and now he is into me for quite a chunk of money. The kicker is that he has no intention of paying me my hard earned money. He rips the customers off by cutting corners or charging way extra for stock, or for work he never intends to do. Then he will ignore your phone calls because he knows your mad about the money he owes you, either for working for him or money that a customer gave him. He even will be bold to ask for loans from certain customers, he is not a skilled Mason, I know because I did all the masonry work. My work is beautiful and never have I had a complaint about my work, so he should of kept me paid since I was the one making the money for him. Currently he is being taken to court in Marlborough for non payment of another employee that he thought was illegal. Also a few customers will be taking him to court for money Tony has taken from them and not come back. This man and his business needs to be shut down if you hear the name Tonys Contracting and Landscape Design don't hire him or work for him, you will save a lot of headache. Police even were called to a customer's home because employees of Tony were threatening the home owner that they wanted their money, that is because Tony tells them the customer hasn't paid him, knowing he got paid and spent the money already. Say NO to TONY'S CONSTRUCTION and LANDSCAPE DESIGN!!! Thanks for reading and hopefully your not one of his victims.
