We went into Tony's Pizza in Mooresville on 1-17-06 at about 6:30 PM. We ordered 3 drinks, wings, mozzarella sticks and a medium pizza. Everything was good with the wings and the sticks. Then the pizza came up. When I took it to the table we could see the cheese was all clumpy and did not look like a typical pizza would. Reluctantly we decided to try it and as we thought it tasted terrrible. I went up and talked to the guy behind the counter, not sure of his name a bigger guy with thinning hair. I told him the sticks and the wings were awesome but the pizza was not good at all and that the whole pizza was basically going to have to go in the garbage. He told me sorry but there is nothing he can do about it. I just asked him why he can't do anything (offer to make new pizza or refund money on this one). He told me that is the way the pizza is and it is tough. I asked him what kind of customer service is this and he told me if I don't like it to leave.

I walked outside and then decided to go in and ask him for the number to one of the owners since it is a chain in NC. The operate under Tony's Pizza and Mario's. He said there is no number. I said there has to be a way to contact some one . He gave me the number to there Huntersville store. First he wave his hand at me making a fttt noise kind of shooing me away, then he told me to get the hell out and he did not like my attitude. I was just floored then and told him what a jerk he was pretty loudly. By this time after being treated like crap by him I had enough.

I immediatly called the Huntersville store and they told em someone would contact me this afternoon and he promised they do not treat people like this. Actually I went into the Huntersville store to eat about a week ago and it was awesome. I still have not heard anything from anyone.

Basically out the 15 for the pizza and had to walk out with egg on my face. I would highly recommend going to a different store than the one in Mooresville to anyone. If you atre forced to eat in Mooresville take head and go to a different pizza joint there are several to choose from.
