cell phone texting scam
Beware! This is a scam that requires you to "opt-out". The company texts your cell phone...and if you do not text them back to say you don't want the service, then they charge $9.99 through your cell phone bill. This happened on my Alltel cell phone. I went to the local Alltel office and complained so they removed the charge.

Charged for subscription I did not order.
I received charges of $9.99 per month on my Alltel billing statement from Too Lazy Alerts. I did not subscribe to anything from this company. When I called Alltel to have charges removed, they directed me to phone 1-800-510-1468 to. I called this number and was unable to speak with a human regarding this matter. The recording directed me to Toolazy.net where your only option is to e-mail with your request.
I sent two e-mails to the correct address and both times received error messages. I was able to unsubscribe, but cannot find any way to request refund or credit to my mobile account for the charges I did not incurr.

Charging Without Consent
I took an IQ test on Facebook.com, in order to get my score I had to give my cell phone number so they could text me the score. After I did I was told that I would be charged $9.99 per month unless I texed back the word STOP. I texted back the word Stop and recieved a text back saying they had recieved my Stop message. On my next cell phone bill there was a charge for $9.99 from Too Lazy Alerts. I want them stopped and my money back.
