telephon hidden fraud and ripoff
This is a total ripoff of totally hidden nature. The charges come to your cell phone bill without any indication of any service. I was charged for full 7 months. The problem is that Verizon, my cell phone provider, let them charge me for texting without adding their name to the bill or informing me about it. They charged me under texting! I assumed that my kids may had to many text mesages until I called Verizon and the customer support told me about tooLazy.net. I never heard of the company, never got any messages from them!!! If Toolazy are scame and ripoff artists, Verizon should have known better. They should have informed me or asked for permission for the charges.

Toolazy.net charges
I found charges for Toolazy.net of my cell phone bill (ATT Wireless). I didn't subscribe to this service and in fact had never heard of Toolazy.net until I received my cell phone bill.
I have since stopped the subscription but I am still out the $9.99 on my current bill. PLEASE STOP this from happening to others. You attention to this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

never subscribed
I never ordered/subscribed to this texting company and now I'm being charged for something I don't want. You can't email them because their email address doesn't work. How do we get them to stop charging us???

unauthorized charges
I have been being charged $9.99 a month on Verizon account, for Premium TXT Messaging.I never subscribed to this or authorized anyone else to either.I was told by Verizon to send a text message to 47941 and in message box type in "stop".Other sites and numbers relating to toolazy.net .toolazy.net, 1-800-510-1468.If you don't have texting ...go to "NO MORETEXTING.COM .When you call the 1-800 number, all you get is a recording...WHAT A SCAM...How can we avoid unauthorized for anything? While they're making money we "the public" are getting scammed.

Still being billed
I received a text back in June that I was signed up for this website. I texted back STOP. I received a text back from TooLazy saying that my membership had been cancelled. Don't know how I ever got a membership, but nonetheless, I thought it was taken care of. It is now November, and I am still being charged $9.99 on my phone bill every month.

unauthorized charge
toolazy.net billed my verizon wireless acct monthly for 5 months. I was told by a very helpful customer svc rep from verizon that the way they do it is by getting your cell phone number when you click on ads on facebook/myspace for youflirtalert or toolazy.net, then they text you a request to subscribe and if you respond they automatically bill you. Verizon credited me for 3 of the 5 months.

Unaurthorized mobile charges
I am a new customer of Verizonwireless. We didn't know what a $9.99 monthly charge was for on one of our phones. After speaking to a Verizon service agent, he informed me it was from TooLazy text alerts. He asissted me to unsubscribe and gave me the phone number to contest the charges since we didn't subscribe for this service or receive any of their text. Haven't been able to speak to anyone there to reverse the charges or get my money back. Appreciate any help in this matter.

Charges for services I never requested or received for 6 months
I was billed by Verizon from Dec. 2008 thru May 2009 for 6 months @ $9.99 for this 3rd party ToLazy.net. I never authorized preium messageing, never received services. Verizon had to put a block on my cell phone to avoid future charges. I have requested a refund from tolazy.net, but have not received a response from them. Would like to know the name of the ower and address. Phone # is voice mail and gets you no place. Verizon takes no owership in this dispute and will not refund me. I feel this is a scam and the general public is unaware that they are being billed for services they did not request or receive. Check your bill carefully.

unauthorized charges
TooLzy.net charged $9.99 to my cellphone through Verizon and you have to get my account credited for this amount plus any taxes caused by this unauthorized charge. I did not receive any text messages and don't want any text messages or any of the services you might provide. I called your 1-800 number but of course you're not available.
Verizon told me that the 5 digit number you used to create this charge is 47941. Please issue a credit to our account through Verizon.

unauthorize premium txt charges
toolazy.net charge my cell $9.99 for a premium text service I did not order. They have been doing this for years. How can they be stopped? Be sure and contact your cell provider and request a block of premium text messages. This will not stop regular text messaging, if you are a user of that service. Protect yourself from these scammers before you get hit.
