Toolbarn/PartsDirect
Folks,
I placed an order for a part (Order Number: 1197831) that was confirmed as "5 In Stock" and paid more for it as a lower price part, from another site, had to be ordered from the manufacturer which would have incurred a two week wait. As I needed the part as soon as possible and wanted to avoid the two week wait from the cheaper provider I paid the extra price through Toolbarn's PartsDirect site.
Now, almost two weeks later and having to stir the pot once already with customer service at PartsDirect, I still don't have my part and I still have no status whatsoever as to when I will, if ever, receive the part.
At approximately $140 for the order and the real need for the repair part I am being seriously abused more and more by PartsDirect and do not appreciate that fact in the least.
It is unacceptable to expect me to sit by idly with no information as to what has happened to my money, other than that you have it, what has happened to the order aside from an assurance that "it should ship today" after two days of no information for an "In Stock" part, and then yet no actual shipping confirmation, tracking number, or anything that would indicate anything at all is happening other than an obvious disdain for this customer.
I expect an answer. And as I have already indicated, I will file a complaint with the Attorney General's of both states if I don't get a satisfactory answer soon.
