constant irritation
I keep getting advertising mail from this company even though I have never had anything to do with them.
I have tried on several occasions unsuccessfully to contact them to unsubscribe from these nuisance mails but so far no joy, even wrote a complaint to ninetowns, a company somehow linked to them. Tootoomart is not contactable and if you send mails their mail is returned as failed with a report that their mailbox has exceeded it's limit.
Can anyone trust a company for anything if you are unable to contact them ?
What happens, you can only imagine if any dealings with them go wrong ?
AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

fake devices sale
Tootoomart the Chineese equivalent to ebay, have offered and sold me a fake usb memory stick branded as Kingston 360GB. When you plug in to pc it shows that huge capacity but that's all. It does not store/retrieve anything and is absolutely unsuseable device. Kingston have informed me that they never produced yet such huge capacity devices. Tootoomart refuse to refund my money and Paypal refuse to stop this open fraud. Since I informed Paypal and they continue to allow their services to be used for an open fraud, they take part in a fraud.
Chineese authorities to which I turned to, remain silent like they do enjoy a fraud. There must be someone in the world who will stand against the fraud. I have warned Chineese authorities that if they do not sort it out, I will say what they support and Chineese name will suffer. People will be reluctant to buy Chineese goods.
Perhaps legal action should be taken against Paypal. Lately I found that another complaint was filed on this board against Tootoomart and Paypal.

fake merchandise - non receipt
I bought what was supposed to be 10 sets of Authentic Callaway golf clubs for $1300. What I received was 4 sets of FAKE Callaway clubs. As soon as i noticed these were fake, i cancelled my order and requested a refund. I tried repeatedly to get my money back with no luck. I paid with PayPal, so I filed a complaint with them. They informed tootoomart about the complaint. As soon as tootoomart found out about the PayPal complaint they offered me a refund of $1100, and i could keep the clubs i had recevied. I agreed to this. I was then informed by PayPal ( paypal sucks by the way ) that since I didnt make this purchase on e-bay, that they wouldn't help me, and they promptly closed my complaint. They informed tootoomart that the complaint was cancelled, and that was the last i ever heard from tootoomart. They NEVER sent my refund. They have stopped responding to my e-mails alltogether. Needless to say, I NEVER got my golf clubs either. I now have 4 sets of fake clubs ( worthlesss ), and I am out $1300. Tootoomart has refused to communicate about this in anyway. They took my money, sent me some junk, and completely stopped responding to e-mails when i asked for a refund. They are a ripoff... buy at your own risk. The merchandise is fake, and you wont get your money back. BEWARE.!!
