In February os 2009, I had placed an orderfor Acai Berry Detox and Life Cleanse. After taking the products and realizing that I had been deceived as to the effectiveness, I called the company and cancelled the product. Being reassured that my credit card would not be charged any more, I did not think much more about it. However, after checking my credit card information this morning, I am appauled to find 3 charges from Top Berry Colon Health, a company I have NEVER even done business with. My credit card company said that personal information is often sold to other similar or "sister"companies who use your previous authorization to place these charges.

I placed a free trial order with Colonmedic. I didn't read the fine print, shame on me. I cancelled my subscription after being charged the full amount and chalked it up to a learning experience.
One month later my credit card company flagged and froze my account fearing fraudulent charges. A totally different company, Top Berry Colon Health, had made three charges to my account. After contact my credit card company cancelled my card. They are aware of this scam.
I called Colonmedic to see how Top Berry Colon Health had gotten my information. They said they did not know. It seems obvious to me they either shared my information or are actually the same company doing business under other names. Do not order anything from either of these companies.
