I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering Acai Berry and Reservetrol on line. Although I have canceled they keep sending me products and charging my credit card. Trying to phone them takes half a day and they keep harping on their "policy". I truly regret ordering from them. This is consumer fraud at it's best.

Despite return of product within 15-day trial period, my credit card was charged $87.13 for one month's supply of Top Body Cleanse pills. On being phoned, the responder on 2 different calls (after 10-minute+ wait) gave different addresses for the company. One gave a fake name and address (Zania Beach, Fl.).
Hollywood is also the "given address" for other "Resveratrol-type product" companies. Beware of companies that will not furnish reliable addresses by phone and keep track of dates/times/contact names and addresses .

I was also ripped off by these scammers. An $8.00 shipping/handling fee turned into $87.13 on my checking acct. I called my bank and was told they were very familiar with this company because of all the complaints they have received! They told me to call the company and cancel my order, return the product by certified mail (with a tracking number) . I called and cancelled, was told I would have a refund in 3-5 days, it never happened. I called the bank back, they are working on getting me a full refund, told me to cancel my debit card the end of June. Then low and behold I find another charge on my Capitol One card for $78.88!!! I contacted Capitol One both by email and a personal letter and am in the process of filling out all the paperwork to try to get my $78.88 back. Then on June 25, 2009 I received yet another bottle from these scammers, I asked the Post Office if I could refuse it and was told 'yes, since I hadn't opened the package." It was sent back on June 25th, 2009. I will more then likely have to also cancel my Capitol One card so that they no longer have that card number also. I live on a fixed income and this has really caused problems with my checking and credit card accounts!
This company needs to be shut down!!!

I ordered the NatraPure colon cleanser through the internet. After I recieved the product, I called to cancel the automatic shipments. Thirteen days after I called, my credit card was charged twice for $87.13 for a total of $174.26. I am very unhappy!!!. I have the person's name with whom I spoke and also the date and time I called to cancel. I am disputing these charges with my credit card company.

I was charged 87.13 twice from this company and I never even ordered their product. I don't know how the got my debit information but I want my money back now.
