I have tried by phone to reach your cusstomer service dept with no results, I don't believe you have one. Two charges have been made against my bank account in the amounts of $1.95 and $2.00.

Remove these amounts from my account immediately! I did not order your product not do I want it. I did not receive any product from you nor do I want any product from you!
