The gowns are knock-offs, and horribly recreated at that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a supposed Bari Jay gown from them, it looked nothing like what I ordered, they sent it in the wrong color, it was too short, the list goes on. I called them and Sara, the customer service rep., admitted they designed them to look at least 90% like the originals, which is a generous number considering what they sent me. She then tried to barter with me, offered to make me another gown, offered me a 50% discount, anything to keep me from getting my money back.

It took a few months, but my credit card company finally removed the order from my account. Please, please, please, beware, they are the worse!

I would highly suggest that you do not order ANYTHING bridal from this website. I ordered a bridesmaid dress from here for a recent wedding I was in. The bride picked out the style and we were on our own for ordering. I checked out the website, it seemed like a good place for ordering the dress. I entered all of my information and in about a month a recieved my dress. I had ordered a Alfred Angelo style 6555 (black long skirt, white halter with black lace around the torso) I tried the dress on when I first recieved it and everything seemed fine, there were a few spots in the lace where it was coming undone but I didn't think too much about it. Little did I know what was GOING to happen. I tried the dress on the next weekend for the bride and other bridesmaids. Much to my surprise my dress was a knock off!!! All of the other girls dress looked a little different than mine, not to mention theirs all said Alfred Angelo somewhere on a tag or on the hanging straps...mine didn't. The lace looked so cheap on the dress next to the other girls who had the real thing. The amount of white fabric on the bottom of the top of the dress was about 4 inches (from bottom of lace to bottom of top) and the other girls had about a half an inch. The material also was different on mine. Here's the kicker...after we had all tried on our dresses I walked up the stairs to go change and the zipper completely RIPPED OUT! I hadn't made any sudden movements, was just walking up the stairs. I was furious, not to mention the look on the brides face. I was not a happy camper at this point. I emailed the company twice...no responce. I then tried to call the number, everytime it went to a voicemail...never actually spoke with a live person. About 4 days later I finally get an email. They pretty much told me that the zipper wasn't thier fault...umm ok. And that all she could do for me was send me a refund of $30. She said that was company policy! So...is it company policy to sell knockoff dresses with zippers that are crap. I ended up having to have a seamstress put in a new zipper...which $30 does not cover. I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone! Be ware if you order anything from them, it probably won't be the real thing
