Money Taken
I went online a couple of weeks ago for a loan application, now days later, I was charged $124.95 out of my HARD EARNED money. CAN'T believe it! My bank gave me a phone number to call, and a 'THIRD PARTY COMPANY' told me its for TOP DOG and they refund the monies in 2 weeks time. At first they wouldn't refund, the person keep rambling that its legit and I authorise it, but I didn't authorise no nuthin'... they keep sayin' bout the terms and agreement that I accepted, and that they have my voice agreeing to it too. Load of BS! I wait for my monies in 2 weeks or else Ill call BBB and CAF...

taking money out of my bank assounc
I applied for a payday loan and somehow top dog credit got my bank infirmation and charged me $124.95 for a membership I knew nothing about until my bank told me i was overdrawn. this happened 1/18/2011 I called the customer service number and they cancelled my membership and told me I would get my refund in 7 to 10 days Its 4/7/2011 now and i have not received it I have called every week and they give me a run round now they will not answer the phone . I don't know what to do.

Unauthorized charge
I'm a self-supporting student that has a part time job in a fast food restaurant and always looking for help from different sources to aid with my study. Last month I had a financial problem and it was my last resort to apply for a loan online. This really upset me when I found out that there was a charge of $124.95 coming from the loan I applied. Good thing I called them and I had spoke with their representative who told that the charge is coming from a bonus offer named top dog credit along with the loan application. They immediately file a refund and cancellation. Next time I'll be more careful.

stored value visa card
What is a stored value visa card? This the first time Ive heard this kind of thing. I have this membership with Top Dog credit and I really have no idea what this is, they said this is a free trial offer along with the loan application I made. Is this even legit? Been browsing online and Ive seen some complaints but I want to see this for myself... Since I already paid for this, I wanna use it for the first month, so just msg me back, thank you guys...

Took Money w/o permission
Some people drafted money from my bank account calling themselves top dog credit, w/c a company i never heard of but today, after a long conversation w/ people from their support center, they told me I can have my money back by the end of next week. w/c is unacceptable becos its just plain theft, i didn’t ask for any enrolment to a monthly subscription but for some reason, they said i gave it a go before over the phone. Now im checking this website and there are like dozens of complaint like mine. Its just sad that this happens to people who work hard for theyre money.

withdrew money
pls help me, they took money from my bank and I cant get them give it back asap... didnt agreed to this but they said they have my permission... it's for 124.95 plus overdraft fees rom my bank w/c they dont refund too... been seeing a lot of this company on this site and other... pls send me a msg if you can on how to have this fix... thank you...

Unauthorized charge
Can somebody pls help me, I was charged 124.95 for sumting I didn’t agree for. And now my bank is charging me overdraft fees... Its for sumting called TOP DOG credit... I canceld it and asked for my money but I have to wait for THREE long weeks to get it back to my checking account, they said to me they have my voice signature or sumtin' lyk it and agreed to the terms and conditions... but I didn’t.. . what should I do?

fraud
this company called me after i applied for a pay day advance online. The asked me to go to thier site and sign for the loan.. about 2 days later 124.95 was taken from my bank account. when i called the number given it was a 3rd party billing service.. they refused to refund the money then i called them back later and raised kain about it they agreed to refund the 124.95 within 14 days. They claimed i had signed up for a credit referall membership. all i agreed to was the pay day loan. I reccomend never giving out banking info over the phone..though you agree to one thing they may claim you agreed to a lot more.

unauthorized charge
I’m really bad at using technology. Honestly, I have a bad time using the computer so if I need to do something on the computer, I ask someone who can do it for me. One day, curiosity took the best of me, I tried applying for a loan, to see if I was eligible. There was so many that’s appearing on my computer so I just wrote down everything that I saw. Big Mistake. 2 days after, a charge of $49.98 was posted on my account. I was so regretful that day. Luckily, I have the number to contact the company that did this, so I called them up. They cancelled a membership that I enrolled and refunded my money back. Next time, I will not be doing that again.
