I made a purchase of the Acai Berry fro a trial @ the cost of $.99. One month later a recurring charge appeared on my account. Below is a time line of my horrifying experience.
11/25/09 - Account cancelled. Rep states an order was sipped to my address. I never received this order. I spoke with a Supervisor - Patricia who requested I fax a copy of the original confirmation request that clearly did not include a statement regarding a recurring charge. This was done. Called to confirm fax came through. I was asked to fax it in again - which I did.
12/1/09 - Spoke with Ell - confirmed account has been cancelled. Refuses a refund with the merchandise - which I never received. She refused to allow me to speak with Patricia. Stated she is unable to transfer a call to Patricia.
12/1/09 - Called back got the same run-around. Asked to speak with a Supervisor was transferred to David A-327. Again confirmed my account had been cancelled. After a 25 minute "round" with him he came back to the phone stating I should receive a refund with 5-7 days - which would be 12/6 - 12/8.
12/9/09 - No refund on account. I called again spoke with Vince A-180. Refused refund until they received the product. Explained I had never received the product. They said i would have to track it through the USPS. Stating it had been shipped & delivered to my home on 11/25. I was out of state on 11/25/09. They said it was delivered. Asked to speak with a Supervisor. Was given Carl who was extremely rude & flat out stated I would not receive a refund without returning the product. Again round & round about the delivery. He finally hung up on me. I called again and this time I got A-089 who supplied me with the tracking #. Fortunately I discovered a neighbor had picked it up since I was out of town & forgotten to give it to me.
I will be returning in the AM. We'll see if I get my refund??????
