There is a charge on my credit card for "Topbody Cleanse" for $88.00. I did not order this product; I never received any such product; I never even heard of this product.

I paid 2.79 upfront for a trial order of Acai caplets and then an unauthorized charge of $87.13 appeared on my card. This is obviously a scam leading you to believe that 2.79 is the total cost for the trial bottle and then they charge your account. I'm disputing this with my bank and hope to recover the sum.

My wife ordered a free sample of Acai Berry and paid $2.79 in shipping for the product on 5212009. She was told the product would be delivered in a week. The free trial was for 14 days. She waited for 10 days and didn't receive the product, so she called to cancel the order. She was told that they canceled the order, but could not refund the shipping charge. She asked for a cancellation number and the name of the person that she was speaking to and they would not give that information to her, that she would have to wait for an email with the cancellation number in it. She agreed to this and waited patiently. A day later she still had not received the email, so she called back and could not get through to anyone. Then on June 15th we see four pending transactions for TopBody Cleanse. Two were for $87.13 and two were foreign transaction fees of $2.61. She called 1-800-244-2575 and was on hold for an hour before getting through to someone. The apologized to her and told her that within three business days we would be refunded the charges and fees and gave her a cancellation number. We were only refunded one of the charges and fees on 6/22/2009. In the meantime I contacted my bank, Washington Mutual on 6/15/2009 and was told that they could not do anything until the transactions had cleared because they were in a pending state. We watched our online account and on 6/17/2009 the pending transactions were gone and had not cleared. We thought great, the company followed through with refunding the transactions and fees. We went about our usual spending that day. The next day our account shows up in the negative and the two transactions and fees from TopBody cleanse show up as cleared and now I have 6 overdraft charges of $34.00 each. My account was in the negative for the amount of $383.48 plus all of the transactions that I had done on 6/17/2009. I am battling with Washington Mutual's dispute department on this matter and they are being less than helpful. They say that we did not follow through with our commitment to TopBody Cleanse's terms of agreement. I warn you not to do business by ordering a free trial version of something and paying for a shipping charge. If you do, be aware of the terms of agreement, the trial period and if you call to cancel, get as much information as possible from the company (ie: cancellation #, copy of their terms of agreement, whom you spoke with, a company address, the actual company's name and the website that you ordered the product through.) This is a big scam that will eat you alive monetarily in a tight economy.

I did not authorize this charge on my credit card and to top it off, I didn't receive the product!! Also due to ths unauthorized charge I ended up in the negative on my account and now I'm way overdrawn with a $25 charge for every charge that came in after the TopBody Cleanse charge.
