I am actually not writing a complaint. I ordered a dress from the site on January 22, 2011. I was aware that the company was in China and I was also aware that the dresses were replicas. I later started doing research and was scared to death when I saw the horrible reviews. I spoke to Sara through the website chat and via email and we had a miscommunication about what day I would receive the dress. Because my reception was only 3 weeks away, she assured me that I would receive it no later than February 5, 2011 so this would allow me time for alterations if needed. I started to panic when she didn't send me the tracking number but once she did, I got the dress a couple of hours later and it is beautiful. I received it today, February 3, 2011. There are some differences from the designer's picture but very little. It is quality fabric and I was able to get the dress in a color that I wanted. I was a little stressed because of the reviews I saw and I understand that most people probably only write the negative reviews instead of the good ones but it is good to have the dress, it looks great, arrived earlier than expected, and I won't even need any alterations.
