I work for a dentist in Florida who signed up with TopDentists.com in October 2010 to use their online marketing services.
Their service agreement was 2 new patients per month and the set up fee was $1, 500 + $450 montlhy charge. In December, together with the Doctor, we decided to cancel their costly service since TopDentists.com had not delivered a single lead, let alone a new patient.
I have now been requesting cancelation of the contract since mid December 2010 and the first time the VP said they would need to speak with the Doctor for that so the Doctor called and confirmed the request.
When I emailed again asking about the cancelation the VP wrote back saying that the company did not agree to cancel but he would speak with the CEO and get back to me. Didn't happen.
I emailed back asking him to please send an update, after all, it's only a cancelation, please let me know there is a fine or the requirement for a 30 or 60 day notice but let me know something concerning my request!
My last email went unanswered for 4 days and today I received another email from the VP asking me to ask the Doctor to call him.
I am surprised with how unprofessional TopDentists.com has been and disgusted with the level of service I've been receiving from that company.
