"HCG Ultra" is an alleged weight-loss product from obvious scammers. Their main "marketing" method is excessive spamming, whether you're interested or not. And there's no single truthful thing on their web sites.
They are really only after your credit card details and personal information, and they know the right strings to pull. They are in the habit of registering thousands of disposable domains with identical site contents, all with false registrant information. Practically none of their sites is ever registered longer than a few weeks ago. All this of course sounds nothing like how a legitimate and reputable company would do business. Why would you believe any claim coming from such obvious scammers? Why do you think the site you ordered from would even exist anymore at the point when you start wondering what's keeping your order from being shipped?
This is the same bunch of scammers who have been promoting many similar products earlier, e.g. "Acai Elite", "Quick Slim", "Power Slim" etc. Changing the product or brand doesn't of course convert black to white. They are still scammers, and it would be wise to stay far away from them. You can only lose.
