This woman promised me the world when I hired her and then the second I paid her she claimed her email address was down - FOR A MONTH AND A HALF.

She never provided a shred of PR work on my behalf. She never made a single effective phone call - NOT ONE. She didn't get a single press release published either - despite claiming to have relationships with all the major periodicals. She is a liar and a thief. Don't give her a cent of your money. The only thing she knows how to do is promise you things she has no intention of delivering on.
