On september 28th 2010 I went to the Conns on Nasa road 1 and purchased the top of the line Toro lawn mower that Conns carried. I have been a customer of Conns for over 14 years, and until recently the last 2 purchases have i been having problems. I have bought 2 other Toros and they worked perfectly. One my ex-wife has and the other i lost in hurricane Ike. Today is March 20th and i am still unable to cut my lawn once. I will run it for approximately 20-30 minutes and then it either stop or i shut it off and will not restart for 30 minutes. Back in October i took the mower back to Conns 3 times of course emptying gas tank(free gass) and all 3 times they said there was no problem. On the last visit one of the managers said they replaced filter which i had to pay for a mower that was not a month old needed new filter. So comes winter same problem take it the mower to a repair place in Texas City who i trust who also happened to be a Toro dealer. Same results he said he ran 2 gas tanks it never quit running. I believe him but cut grass and see if it quits. I just want to be able to cut my grass in 1 day. I am 53 years old i have been cutting grass since i was old enough to cut my family yard. I don't do this for a living. When this 1st occurred i asked if i could get a new one they said no they will fix it. I have original receipt over 300$ cash and all other paper work. If anyone knows or how to help me i would greattly appreciate it. I wish I could take the lawnmower and cain it outside of the Conns with a sign sayinfg don't buy this or any other product that Conn's sells and dosen't back their product up. my name is Arturo Ovalle
