Withing warranty and the control key is gone despite normal use. They say it is not covered warranty. The local service provider HCL were to replace the keyboard at price - it is over two months and there is no sign of keyboard or information on that. Using the laptop with 'control' key feels like having a girlfriend without a tooth! Wonder if writing this would help - there is no way of getting to Toshiba. Absolutely no way. They have put an impossible curtain around them. The most horrendous company on the matter of after sales.
No Toshiba product for me in future... ever. And as much as I can I will help others from not getting into Toshiba trap...
