Since purchase this unit has not worked up properly. It repeatedly shuts down and reboots. One day a electrical shorting sound came from the CD/DVD drive and it felt like the unit had shattered. Many times we have seen the blue screen and now after trying one final time to get this lemon to work I have been repeatedly shocked.
Call to Toshiba resulted in us being insulted.
Nether Best Buy with their "warranty" protection plan or Toshiba will make this right.
Bad Experience all around.
