Shauna: Hello. My question for you is this. I tried calling to speak with someone about it but the phones keep cutting out. Why am I being charged $78 for because my 15 day trial is up when the original charge was made on January 19th?

When you placed your order, notification was provided on the second page of the checkout process explaining the terms of the trial, including the final day to contact us via our toll free number or live chat if you decided to cancel the trial. If the trial was not canceled by that date, you would be billed the full price of the product, which is non-refundable
Shauna: Well wouldn't a 15 day trial mean 15 days for me to try it out so 15 days from when I received it? I received it on January 20th
