Same as everyone else. They took $4.51 a month from me for the past 29 months for a product I never received. Their company names change, here are a few: BR Total Cleanse, E R Total Cleanse, Health Track Elysian, Tuscon Sands Wealthfit, Wealthfit, Your Image, Denta, Enriched Life, Healthy Wine, Vitalife and Westminister. Here are numbers that haven't yet been disconnected but no one will ever really come on and talk to you: 888-757-0715, 877-544-2640, 877=839-6781, 877=841-2790, 866-877=7896. I cancelled my bank account. Will anyone be able to stop them?

Back in Feb 2009 ... directed- by the company- I promptly returned my unused package of Total Cleanse to the address they provided to me. This was to qualify me for the guaranteed refund of 78.84 that they stole from my account! I have called them almost monthly to hound them about my lack of refund and they assured me I would get it shortly-
Yesterday- after taking a few months off of frustrating phone calls.. I tried to call them again, only to find that that the 1-800 numbers were disconnected.
Guess getting a refund is out the question.
When I went on line to find them..they are still accessible. I pressed "free trial" and was quickly taken to a new product called CleanseProX... I guess now they are allowed to scam under a different name.
Does this website do anything to help anyone?

I have had £74.00 taken from my account without giving anyone authorisation. I have called the company & was given nothing but the run around by a very ill mannered rep of the company. I was told they would contact me by email within 48 hours its now been 4 days & still no communication. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

I am writing this niot dure to the product being defective. I writing because the service is defective.

1, You don't get an address to send questions.

2, The customer service phone numbe is not even in the U.S.A.

3, When I did call this number the people taking the calls do not understand or speak English very well at all.

4, There was afree trial offer, which I got but really didn't like but because I was more than the 15 day trial period I still had to pay for that bottle. That is fine. But, I was charged $84.79 on 12/31/08 for a shippment that I sent back the very next day, and 6 days later I was charged another $84.79.

So I was charged twice for bottles of this product without getting the bottle at all, which is perfectly fine because I cancelled the Program as soon as I could. They need to put my Mo0ney back on my charge card. Times are bad all over the place I will not let this company take advantage of me.

I have tried for the past month to cancel this subscription. Their phone numbers have not worked or you cannot get through to talk to someone. I have tried calling them, e-mailing them, writing them and doing an on-line chat and have not been successful.
