charging money for unwanted product
I called 4 days before my 2 week trial was over and am unable to reach them by internet site or phone. i live on the West coast and do not get home from work before the supposed hours are to call. I do not want this product and do not want it charged to my account. I have been unsuccessful in cancelling any further orders. in reading the other comments, I find that i have the same trouble. This is a scam and should be stopped. i want any money back that they have charged me and to cancel further orders. They have an auto ship which sends the products before you even know it.

fraudulent billing
ordered product & tried to cancel w/in time limit...rec'd 2nd bottle & called again to cancel...have now rec'd 3rd bottle...have contacted visa cc...must contact total cleanse get RMA no. & follow policy...return products & wait 30days for refund...if no refund/credit, visa will argue payments...not to satisfied

I can't get ahold of them
I have tried reaching them by phone and by e mail and there is not answer When you reach them by phone it suddenly becomes busy. Or they say they will call back in one or two hours and never do.

False advertising, scamming money
Total Cleanse free trial was advertised on AOL, it was a 30 day free trial. I had to pay shipping.
Within 3 weeks the card I used to pay for the shipping was charged $78.84 for another month's supply. I called to cancel and spoke to a Tery on 12/29/08 and was asked to send the bottle back and I would be refunded. They gave me a number to refer to of 559467-1306865.
I have not gotten my money back and I fear they will continue to take out 84.79 from my checking. I called the toll free number and no one answers.
There are many complaints posted on the internet about this company. Sounds like they need to be shut down.

I ordered a "free trial" of Total Cleanse and it was a scam I was unaware of.
I payed $5.95 for shipping and they charged me $78.84.
I want that canceled and my money back.

Cannot get intouch with anyone to cancel
I have tried and tried calling this companies phone number and get no answer. They just state I should get on line and file a complaint. I signed up for a trial basis with Total Cleanse and now I just recevied email they are shipping another shipment. I have tried to cancel at least 50 times since I received the product. No answer, no one to talk to. I don't want the product. They are using order #1408918 and I don't want the product. I am retired and cannot afford this rediculous rate and product. Can you help me?

No Answer - impossible to cancel
No answer on telephone number.
Live support is not live but responds to my email with everything but the things I asked for which was a RMA number to return the unwanted product and a confirmation of the cancellation.
The is has you click if you still needed help after going through the list of irrelevant ?@# that they send you email and you get a page that states the link is not available at this time.
This is a scam if I ever saw one - I intend to protest the charges - maybe that will get there attention. Maybe I will call the attorney general as well.

STOP SUBSCRIPTION
I want to stop any further bill in or orders from coming to me NOW. Again as in other peoples complaints the product does not work and I could not get a hold of any one to stop future orders.

The phone number doesn't connect (866-320-0038) to cancel. Nor can I get to their chat room to cancel
