did not order
Did not order this product. Got a free trial but was never informed that a continual shipment was to be charged to my credit card. Don't think I ever received the initial trial offer I was promised either.

Cancel order
I have been trying to reach this company by phone[business hours are closed], and by computer, to know avail. today is the last day to cancel or they will be charging me $84.79. There is no way I can afford that, but the are making it very difficult to cancel. So I am cancelling by complaint. Plus, I did not authorize any charges from my credit card.

late shipment
I ordered the free trial early in December 2008. the computer froze and I did not get a confirmation of the order. I assumed it did not go through. Jan 12, 2009 I received the product and the s&h fee was charged to my credit card. I tried to call the 800 to cancel my account and have no more charges, but it was after hours and I was told to email this website. I will not pay $78/month for this product that can be purchased much cheaper elsewhere. I want to cancel my account.

my debit card
I don't want this coming off my debit card again. They sent me the product and then debited and I did not give them the okay . Only for the 5.99 and then they took 84.99 I am a single parent and that put my account in the negative I don' t want anything to do with this product

Listen, this is a rip off! They will charge you and keep charging you and the support number doesn't work. I was finally able to get through to someone by calling 1-866-950-6356. You can also go to www.mytrialsupport.com. Here you can chat with a cusotmer service person but I found them to be unhelpful and somewhat rude. The number is on the website as well. I did call and had the order cancelled before they shipped another one or charged the full amount. They say no further charges will occur; I am glad I read all the complaints and stopped this now, I wish I would have researched it a little more before odering. Good Luck if you have commited your credit card number...and if you haven't...RUN!!
