Unauthorized charges
I ordered the Total Clease 'free trail' offer thinking I only had to pay the $5.00 shipping for the first time use. Well to my shock, they sent me another e-mail confirmation stating they processed another order. I instantly tried to contact them via two different numbers with no luck. So I submitted and on-line request to cancel and do not ship.
I received back a cancellation confirmation and no further charges. However, they still sent the product and charged my account not once but TWICE!! One charge was for $78.84 and then $84.79, without my authorization. And to add insult to injury, I STILL RECEIVED THE PRODUCT.
I've had to cancel my card and file fraud charges on my account to stop them from continuing to charge my account without my approval. There was nothing in the first e-mail they sent me stating this was in my future for doing business with them.
I feel like I've been financially raped!!! I guess 'total clease' really meant 'total cleanse of your account'. I wish this company to be brought to justice for this behavior. They should be held accountable for doing this to many people. It's unfair that they continue to rip people off!!!
I hope this is helpful to others and I hope this is taken seriously and something can be done to bring this company 'DOWN'. They should not be allowed to continue this scam.

Cannot reach to cancel
I have been trying for several days to reach MyTrialSupport to cancel a recent trial offer and have not been able to reach via email or phone. I do not wish to continue with this program and I am afraid I will be billed for more products. In addition I want to cancel AcaiNoni from SFL Nutrition.

Deceptive AD/SCAM
Like to everyone else, we are all been taken by these so called "FREE SAMPLES"..and later turned out NOT TO BE! They give you such a short window to cancel. They even charged your credit card right away even before you cancel and before the 15 day cancellation! I have cancelled right after I found out the second charges..then i was told they will take care of it and after a week they were so SLEEK and FAST that they charged me for another shipment which of course I did not authorized! Tried numerous times in calling and reconfirming my complaints thru telephone call and chat line yet I DO NOT SEE ANY RESULTS..HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND for the second and third charges on my account!!

Rip off
I purchased a sample and it said that if I called within the 15 days no other charges would be billed to my credit Card. I called 3 times and told them to cancel yet I was billed $81.21 for the free sample.
I have called and each time they promise to refund but now they say that according to the terms it's unrefundable. That is crap.

FINALLY CANCELLED/ HUGE SCAM
I ordered Total Cleanse and Acai Berry pills before I did any research about them. Major mistake. Like everyone else I was duped.
I began calling to cancel everything within 5 days of ordering, when I first read that it was all a scam. It took me two hours of being redirected to various non-English speaking people, most of them very rude, before I finally reached someone that appeared to be able to help me. He told me both orders were cancelled and gave me confirmation numbers.
Then a week later, I got an e-mail saying my order of total cleanse had shipped. I called the cards I used to order them and said that they were lost and I needed to cancel them and get new ones. That stopped further charges.
Then I called 866-950-4790, and was shocked to get a helpful representative after a short wait period. She looked me up and actually found my order (something none of them had actually been able to do before) and cancelled it. I received a confirmation e-mail right away. She said that the Acai Berry wasn't on there, so hopefully that was actually cancelled the first time.
Good luck to anyone else who fell for this scam. Cancelling is EXTREMELY difficult and time consuming, but apparently it can be done!

scam
Ordered free trial product and it was a rip-off. Then started receiving unwanted product, despite fruitless efforts to reach "anyone" via phone, email, etc. to cancel more shipments. Apparently, purposely, there is no way to reach this bogus company to put a stop to this.
DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT...

Can't cancel my order
It happened to me too. Don't believe when they tell you over the phone that they will email you a cancellation confirmation message because when they do email you it specifies Not to email them back. Even when you try to reply to the email address, it will send you to a totally off wedpage that looks more like a myspace. page. When I tried going back to the original message I was unable to find it. It seems when I clicked on "reply" (after it told me not to reply) it actually erased it!!! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

I was charged $5.95 for a trial sample then charged with my approval $78.84. I have called and the operator gave me a phone number 888-610-3872. Never buy this product it is a scam.

Charging credit card for unordered merchandise
I order the free ( 'pay shipping') bottle of Total Cleanse billed12-01.2008. Now I have been billed on12-17-08 $78.84 for a bottle of Colon Xr (not ordered)and again on 12-29-08 for Body Cleansing Online for $84.79(not ordered).
12-29-08 between 8and 8:30 A.M. I had gone on the internet and did a live chat with a person who identified herself as 'Edryll-PH'. She asured me that my account was closed. Issue ID for thr chat was:
LTK42304755113X But later that day my bank acount was billed for the $84.79. I immediately canceled that credit card. I was '#1 in the queue for that morning' even before the bank opened at9 A.M.
