Unauthorized re-order & charge
Sent and charged for an order I did not authorized. Nothing in the
trial package indicated this would be done.

Unauthorized billing
Total cleanse and Acai Berry is a scam. Tried to cancel my trial of total cleanse because I never received it and phone number for customer service doesn't work. Tried to call and cancel acai-berry and no one will ever pick up the phone. This is a total scam and I can't have money taken out of my bank account. I work a job that doesn't pay much and I have bills that cost me about $1, 000 dollars a week and that doesn't include gas, food, and trying to help my family. This is complete crap and the government needs to do something. Supposedly america is suppose to be safe... yeah right. this is bullshit. most americans don't have enough money to survive. government officials need to get on top of things and bust every jerk that is ripping people off!!!

Unauthorized charges
Has anyone else been charged for diet coaching from a company called The Fitness Factory after ordering total cleanse or the acai cleanse product??? I was charged 29.99 for a membership that I knew nothing about. They are supposed to credit the money back to my credit card. We'll see if that happens. I had to threaten to turn total cleanse into the Florida State Attorney General's office in order to get the auto-fill orders cancelled.

Unauthorized charges
Total Cleanse is a scam! I just checked my bank account and had two separate charges - one from 11/21 and the other from this morning 11/24. Both were for $84.79! I called the bank and had to dispute the charges, and get a new check card, since they have access through the card. I tried to call the 1-866 number but the recording says 'this number has not yet been assigned'. The funny thing is, the lady from Wachovia fraud services said that this is the second complaint this morning for the same company with the same disputes! Please do not order from this company!

SCAM: Unauthorized charges to my account
I ordered a free trial, for which I authorized $5.95 (order #669534)
HOWEVER: charges in the amount of
$84.79, [PENDING & DISPUTED]
$84.79, [ PENDING & DISPUTED]
$78.84 [DISPUTED]
appear on my credit card. My credit card company cleared the $78.84 charge and I decided to order a new credit card so that no further charges can be made by this unscrupulous company!
When I called the number that was listed on the order form (which shows only a $5.95 charge with no hint of these other costs) the recorded voice said they weren't open. "Our hours is blah, blah, blah, East Coast Time..."
REALLY? "Our hours IS..." Nothing like poor syntax to make one's blood run cold...

Charged for a free trial
I ordered a 15 day free trial of Total Cleanse with a 5.95 shipping charge then was charged 78.84 for the product on my credit card. I tried to send the product back but I was told I wouldn't get my money back. How can it be a free trial if I had to pay full amount for it? I didn't see anything on the website about needing to let them know to cancel the order. It seems like a scam to me.
I printed out the confirmation sheet and it didn't say anywhere on the sheet about being charged for the product.

Unauthorized charges
I wish I would have come to this website first. I ordered the Acai Berry and Total Cleanse products because the only thing I would be charged for is the shipping ($5.95 Acai Berry and $3.95 for Total Cleanse). If I was not satisfied with the product all I had to do was call and cancel. I was able to get a hold of the Acai Berry product provider right away; trying to get a hold of Total Cleanse was a very different story. I tried calling for over 2 weeks.
The first 100 times I tried calling the 1-866-320-0038 number I got a pre-recorded message that my call could not be completed at this time. Finally around the 6th day of calling I finally got through...but was on hold for 48 minutes until I was disconnected. I think I tried calling another 100 times when all of a sudden I got a pre-recored message letting me know that the 1-866-320-0038 phone number had not been assigned yet. Strange because I had already tried calling a couple hundred different times and not once did I receive that message.
So again, I tried calling for the next 10 days with the same message that the number had not been assigned yet. I was finally able to get through and was put on hold for the next available customer service rep. After being on hold for another 45 minutes someone actually answered the line. I proceeded to tell him that their company was very hard to get a hold of and his stupid ass response was 'we've been having major telephone problems for the past 2 weeks'. I told the rep that I wanted to cancel my account. He told me that since I called passed the cut off date to cancel that my credit card was still being charged but that he was putting in a credit; like he was doing some kind of favor for me. If they were having such major phone issues and no one could call in to cancel if they wanted to then why were they still charging cards if customers could not get a hold of them. This company definitely needs to be shut down.

No return address
I was placed on their active subscription list. The number on the invoice does not work. I called this # 1-800-787-1219 and actually talked to someone and got a return product #. Plus I had to ask to be removed from the "active" list to not be sent any more bottles. Try it and see if it works for you! Oh and the package it came in is the return address exactly.

Order sent without permission
Total cleanse has taken upon themselves to take money out of my account every month when I DID NOT place a second order. I had received my free trial which only cost $5.95. Now I received another order with an invoice for $78.84 which I DID NOT ORDER! I want this Order number # 959188, dated 12/25/08 CANCELLED ...and I will return this product unused in their original packaging!
Thank you for your prompt attention concerning this matter. I can be reached @ 314-434-8898 if you have any further questions.
