First, they charged my card after I canceled it. I canceled because it didn't work.

Second, they have not refunded the money they took in error.

Third, I have tried for over a week to call the customer service number to find out why it hasn't been reversed and I either get hung up before the call goes through or I get a message that all circuts are busy and I will have to try later.

ordered a free trail for $5.95, have since received more pills and charged $84.79 on my credit card with no authorization to do so. toll free phone number of 800-320-0038 does not answer when called, trying to get charges and membership or whatever cancelled
have since found on the internet that this prodcut is a scam

i have 2 charges of 29.95 that i did not order, in fact i actually called the number on the trial bottle and spoke with a rep who was suppose to cancel immediately. in fact i have a transcript of the whole entire phone conversation. i trie to call today-- sat. jan 3 2009 and get a message stating they are closed. someone please help me. I am a royal fool! I gather on the second page of the "free" sign up I missed something that said I should phone if I didn't wan't to sign up for automatic shipments of this product. The pills cost $1.50 each and I feel like throwing them in the trash. What a horrible way to make money. Knowing that a lot of people won't read things thoroughly. Hit them with a huge charge and they are helpless. I am going to tell my bank when they get charges from this company, they'd better call their customers and make sure they ordered these pills
I feel used, mad and stupid

Same as everyone, I have signed up for the Free Trial for "TOTAL CLEANSE " on the 17th of December. I haven't receive any package from them it's been about 19days and I decided to Cancell my subscription. I went on there website www.total-cleanse.com and tried everything from there un-working phone # 866-320-0038 to there Live Chat that does not work and a undeliverable address. They have chagred my bank acount for the shipping fee for $19.99. I called my bank and i was advised to cancell my bank card and open a new one in order for me to STOP them from withdrawing money to my account (which i did). I have learned my lesson as a customer and will never do it again. Best Advise is to verify all aspect of the Company ( which i thought i did ) even if its advertise by Oprah and Dr. Oz or any other reputable company such as CNN, CBS etc.. I am sorry for all the customer who got ripped off by this SCAM.
